Returns You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
